隐私政策

Convey Law 尊重您对隐私的权利。本隐私声明说明了 Convey Law 在收集、使用、披露和保护您的个人信息方面的政策，并说明您如何更正或修改这些信息。除非得到您的同意，或在本隐私政策规定的范围内，Convey Law 不会向第三方提供您的个人信息。

个人信息的收集

We collect various personal information from you only with your knowledge and consent for the purpose of providing our service to you. Because our services involve property purchases and conveyancing, it is reasonably necessary for us to collect and use government-related identifiers (including government-related identifiers) to verify your identity and protect against identity crime.

To achieve this, we utilise the Document Verification Service (DVS) and Face Verification Service (FVS) to confirm the legitimacy of identity documents via Verifi- a GBG Company.

• The DVS is a secure online system that enables us to confirm that information presented on identity documents matches that held by the document issuing agency.
• The FVS is a secure online system that enables a facial image or biographic information associated with an individual to be compared, on a one-to-one basis, against an image and/or biographic information held on a specific government record associated with that same individual.

We will always obtain your informed express consent prior to submitting your information for DVS or FVS matching. You will be required to acknowledge the following consent statement: “I confirm that I am authorised to provide the personal details presented and I consent to my information being checked with the document issuer or official record holder via third party systems for the purpose of confirming my identity.”

信息披露

您所提供的个人信息不会在未经您明确许可的情况下与第三方或其他 Convey Law 用户共享，除非根据法律、法规、传票或法院命令需要进行披露。

To perform identity verification using identity documents, your identification information will be disclosed to categories of third-party entities who facilitate the DVS and FVS systems. This includes Gateway Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers who act as Information Match Agents in transmitting Information Match Requests and receiving Information Match Results.

第三方服务

您可以选择通过创建 Convey Law 账户，或使用 Conveytrack / Honour.law 用户名注册我们的服务，也可以通过第三方服务（如 Facebook、Twitter、Google Plus 或 RealMe）注册。如果您通过相关第三方服务注册，我们将遵守该第三方的隐私政策。

Any personal information provided to us by you will be collected and held by us. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have rights to request access to and correction of Personal Information that we hold. To protect your personal data, we maintain appropriate information security and access controls, including logging and monitoring the use of our identity verification systems to prevent unauthorised access.
